I tried re-entering the prior key-code, but it will not accept it. Instead, it is still red and showing expired. I assumed that I would open up my Webroot and see it as active. I didn't think to see if there would be a new key-code generated, as the transaction was conducted under the same initial service (and family) account. When I clicked on renew, I chose to renew only the Webroot protection. Initially, my Webroot protection was part of a GeekSquad service package-both of which had expired.
